Four things I learned from a personal trainer, Glute workout edition.

Number one is going to be that during RDL I often see individuals keeping the weight too far away from the body, you want the weight to be skidding right down the front of your legs, so I like to think of the cue shaving your legs with the dumbbell

During cable kickback people often miss out on the extra range of motion, so I do suggest putting the cable pulley on the second notch rather than the first and making sure your foot fully crosses over the standing leg during each rep

For girls that are short when they want to use the glute raise machine, if the pad doesn’t sit at hip height, I recommend putting a stepper in the bottom and standing on that

And my biggest cue in ultimate hack for step ups, to feel them in your glutes, is to think of them as touchdowns rather than stepping upward!
