Four things that I learned from a personal trainer that I never forgot!

First is how you grip the rope for a face pull; you go underneath and point your thumbs up and then pull it that way. It is much more comfortable like this!

Second is that you put your thumbs over the lat pulldown bar to recruit less biceps and feel it more in your back

Third is you never crank your neck up doing barbell rows, you want to always bring your eyes to the floor

Fourth is you want to stop wasting energy picking the barbell up from the floor. First put it on an elevated surface and then pick it up from there to start your movement!
