Over the summer I followed my 12 week group program and really did my best to be as consistent as possible during a busy summer / season of work. I didn’t have any serious fitness goals that I wanted to accomplish by the end of this but I just wanted to feel healthier in my body and mind, and I really feel so much better now than I did in May! 😇
Over the 12 weeks the biggest change I made was with cardio. I incorporated 20-30 minute cardio sessions on my treadmill 5-6 days a week. I usually incline walked, jogged or did a couple sprint interval sets. I think this (along with my healthy eating habits) helped me lose 12 lbs over the 12 weeks. When I stepped on the scale a week ago I was shocked at the number, because as you see in the photos I don’t look drastically different but I truly feel so much better, inside + out! ✨
💙 Remember sustainable weight loss means you still can continue to enjoy the foods + drinks + activities you love but also incorporate moderation / healthy habits that your body feels good about and gives you results. Finding that balance is SO important, don’t live another day with restrictions!
