February Self - LOVE Activities 🎀💗

February is the month of love and giving YOUrself the extra TLC that you need and deserve, but remember to carry that on throughout the rest of the year too. 🎀🍒💗‼️

Here is a list of little things that I do for myself to prioritize my physical and mental health and show up for myself on days that I need a little extra self-love.

💗 Skincare Routine

💗 Journaling (gratitude and prompts)

💗 Girl time with friends

💗 Dressing up for myself

💗 Walks outside (with my dogs)

💗 Positive self talk / affirmations

➡️ Remember that how you take care of yourself matters MOST, then you can show up and be your best self for those that you love. Prioritizing small things like this can really add up and change your overall mindset and mood.
