These are the 3 go-to meals that I have had in rotation for the past month. I cook all my own food for myself so making realistic, cost-effective meals is very important to me. I try to aim for 25-35g of protein in each meal and snack and that has worked best for my body and keeps me fueled properly and gives me the results that I want to see in my body + energy levels. 👏🏼✨
