Progressions

1️⃣ start with bed straight throws

👀 Body Shape: flyer hold a level body and tight shape

😓 Add Difficulty: rotate 180 degrees then 360

Tip: decide who’s giving the rotation (flyer, base, or both)

Always have a spot

Additional Tip: base will need to pop harder with leg on flyers legs
