My “Before” stats

I am 33 years old and my body age is 45 years old. My VF is 7! 😨

Did my “before” measurements earlier today and while it’s very alarming, I can’t say that I am surprised by the results, considering my discomfort in my legs and overall constant sluggishness.

I want to be better and healthier for my family, to be able to chase after my kids without feeling like I want to die.
