I’m hosting a table at a documentary screening on Black Mental Health!

I decided to do a little giveaway to people who come up to the table and spin a wheel.

While filling the basket, I want a mix of both physical and mental self care items. A lot of people tend to focus on one of the other, but it needs to be both!
