Beef Stroganoff

Cozy night in and we’re making beef stroganoff (sliced ribeye, no mushrooms)

- cook down thinly sliced ribeye and remove until the very end

- cook down sliced onion and chopped garlic

- add about 3 tablespoons of worcestershire and cook down until dissolved

- add about 3 tablespoons of flour and cook down about 5 minutes

- slowly add 2 cups of beef broth and bring to a boil

- add 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard and a cup of sour cream, mix well

- fold in half a pound of cooked egg noodles and your cooked ribeye

- top with parsley or chives
