This is one I found that I’ve been wanting to try for awhile! I finally pulled the trigger and these are SO delicious!!
3/4 cup of gluten free flour (I used an AP gluten free)
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of brown sugar
1tsp baking power
1tsp of salt
1tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate (melted)
Add to that 1 tsp coconut oil
1/3 cup of butter melted
2 eggs room temperature
1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions:
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees
🩵Start off by melting 1 Cup of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil. I personally put them in a microwave safe bowl together and heated it up 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between to make sure I didn’t burn it.
🩵To that bowl, add the Vanilla, Melted Butter and Room Temp Eggs. Mix well!
🩵Then add the Flour, Cocoa Powder, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt. This part is optional but most people will also add chocolate chips to the batter!
🩵 Lightly grease your pan and add the batter, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top at this point!
🩵Place in the over for 35 minutes and your work here is done!
