This is a recipe I was first skeptical of that was viral a few months back. You turn mashed bananas, peanut butter and sifted cocoa into a brownie. I’m not sure who the original creator of this is but the version I see people making is by @mattfitschef. This is vegan, gluten free and low in sugar which I love. For me the ripe bananas impart enough sweetness but if you want more mix in semi sweet chocolate chips into the batter.
Brownie Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120g (1/2 Cup) smooth peanut butter
- 50g (1/2 Cup) sifted coco powder
Steps:
1. Mash banana into medium bowl, then add in peanut butter and mix until smooth
2. Sift in cocoa powder and mix until it looks like a batter
3. Either line baking pan with baking paper or use butter like I did and pour batter in.
