living in a 67sqm unit is challenging. 1️⃣ we only buy and keep things that we really need. that means we spend lesser!

looking for an ID to take up this has its challenge too. 2️⃣ we have to look for the one who knows how to create space, meet our requirements and provide us with storage solutions.

3️⃣ defect checks and cleaning should be easier! cos the space is smaller so we can spend more time for something else 😍

4️⃣ the space is really not that small for a small family. it can be a pretty cozy space for two.

5️⃣ having a 3rm at a prime location means u are paying more💰💰so it’s your pick, size of the house vs convenience. we chose the latter ✌🏻
