Dieting never worked for me because my period would always throw me off course.

Luckily, I learned that not only do you burn more calories in your luteal phase, but you also retain more water leading to period bloat. So it made sense why I was the bottomless pit yet felt extra squishy at the same time.
I also learned that pms cravings are way worse when you suffer from estrogen-dominance or a progesterone deficiency.
