COPYCAT CRACKER BARREL HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

🩷32 ounces Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, defrosted

🩷1/2 cup melted butter

🩷1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5-ounce can)

🩷16 oz light sour cream

🩷1 cup chopped onion

🩷1 clove garlic, minced

🩷2 1/2 cups shredded colby jack cheese

🩷Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

🩷In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, chopped onions, minced garlic, melted butter, 1 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, and one can of cream of chicken soup.

🩷Add mixture to an oiled 9×13 pan and spread into an even layer.

🩷Top with remaining cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 350.
