I use this guide the help me make healthy , convienient meals. I like my plates to have a good balance of carbs, a good amount of protein, healthy fats and obviously lots of flavor. The nice part about this, is that when you have little time, or if something on sale, it’s worth it to meal prep some of these individual ingredients to throw together different meal combinations throughout the week so save money.
