Habit Stacking can be extremely helpful when trying to implement healthier habits into your wellness routine. It is almost like checking two boxes at a time or killing 2 birds with one store persay. For me doing one wellness habit I am excited about mixed with one less exciting one makes doing them both easier.

For example when I take my dog for a walk in an attempt to get my 10,000 steps in or the day I always listen to an educational or fun podcast. Usually one of my favorite podcasts episodes have come out and I'm excited to listen to it so I pair that with the walk and it makes it so much easier to get my steps in.

Or if im reading a book I LOVE I will read it while riding the Peloton and it makes time go by so much quicker. It makes the workout more enjoyable and its GREAT for my wellness routine to get both my reading and my workout in at the same time!!!

You may even habit stack without knowing it but if you are intentional with it, it can be an amazing tool for building a better and more "well" life.
