how to create a dream home gym!!

we have slowly been creating the perfect home gym and here are some of my fav essentials…

first of all it’s really important that you determine what kind of workout do you wanna be doing and since my husband and I like different workouts that means we needed more gym equipment than probably most people will

my husband focuses on weight training more than ideal while I focus more on Pilates and band work so we have a different set up for both of us but having the space to have both options is great because there are times where he will do some band work or I will do some strength training

the thing we want is a treadmill so we can especially since we live in Texas where it can reach 120° in the summer so I think this is a pretty good start though
