✨PART 1 : What Should Buy At Eco Shop?✨

✅ RECIPE : CHOC CUPCAKE & SPRINKLE

🥣 Ingredients:

- 1 bag Noraini's Choc Moist Cake Instant Mix (650g)

- 1 nos Egg

- 100g Sugar

- 5 tbsp Cooking Oil

- 80 ml Water

- Rice Color/Choc Sprinkle as Topping (optional)

👩🏻‍🍳How to do it:

- Beat egg, sugar (I did reduced the measurement to make it less sweet), & cooking oil all together until it become pale & fluffy. P/S : I only use hand whisk for this recipe

- Next, gradually put in the cake mix & water (alternate). Make sure it all combine together.

- Pour into each cupcake cup, and sprinkle it with any topping you like. Mine use rice color sprinkle.

- Put in the oven 150 degree celcius for 25 min. Or you can steam for 45 min.
