Hello, here's my local fall travels to 2024, which is sight seeing along the trail. Since the other day I said my mental health has gone down I decided to go to the trail with my mummi today🥰. It was pretty difficult at first, but as soon as we started walking my mental health was starting to come around a bit. We had to travel pretty far, almost 30 mins because this was the only trail that had people and pretty sights😭😭.

••What are some of the benefits of sight seeing along the trail? For one there are physical benefits like improved mental health, immune system, self-confidence, arm+legs, and many many more. It is important to look at the trail rules as it is for your safety and others. Hope you guys travel to you the nearest trail to you and have a happy fall 🍁🍂🎃!!!!
