Fall Travel 2024:Sight seeing 🍂🍁🎃

Hello, here's my local fall travels to 2024, which is sight seeing along the trail. Since the other day I said my mental health has gone down I decided to go to the trail with my mummi today🥰. It was pretty difficult at first, but as soon as we started walking my mental health was starting to come around a bit. We had to travel pretty far, almost 30 mins because this was the only trail that had people and pretty sights😭😭.

••What are some of the benefits of sight seeing along the trail? For one there are physical benefits like improved mental health, immune system, self-confidence, arm+legs, and many many more.
