I started taking soursop and probiotics October 6th, 10 days later I can say my energy has improved, I feel lighter, i don’t feel as bloated and it’s right around my period right now and I don’t feel as bloated as I normally do. I also go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I’ve been working on eating better. I’m going to keep tracking my progress
The Soursop bitters is disgusting! It has no smell but the taste is pungent. Taking it every morning has given me a sense of routine. I also started taking some other supplements that I’ll list in another post. By day 7, I could smell it. I don’t know if maybe my body is anticipating the taste but it now has a smell.. this bottle is almost gone. I did accidentally leave it out for a day… 😩. When I get a new bottle I’ll see if it has a smell. But it is suppose to stay refrigerated.
I’m actually really proud of my progress I’ve been in the gym consistently again for 3 weeks no breaks. 👏🏼! I feel stronger. My endurance is getting better. I’m not as sore any more.
