What really is Sulfate, Paraben & Silicone free 🧴

Many hair products are claimed to be sulfate, paraben and silicon free, but what’s the real reason of not having those items included in the ingredient list?

To me, I will definitely try to avoid products with paraden in it from now on. I am more tolerable with silicone and sulfate items.
