KEEP CALM AND BARRE

Consistency is key. The days have been doing by and I don’t go to my barre classes as much. I went this morning and my instructor damn near kicked my ass but it was good. I can already see the impact of today’s workout. I’m gonna try to incorporate some home workouts too so I don’t get too out of wack.
