Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Chocolate Filling:
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened & cubed
Marshmallow Meringue:
3 egg whites
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1锔忊儯 Graham Cracker Crust:
Preheat oven to 350掳F. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
2锔忊儯 Chocolate Filling:
In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer (don鈥檛 boil!). Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Fold in the softened butter. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3锔忊儯 Marshmallow Meringue:
Place egg whites and sugar in a heatproof bowl. Set over simmering water and whisk for 3-4 minutes until foamy and sugar dissolves. Transfer to a stand mixer, add vanilla, and beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes). Torch the meringue to golden perfection!
