Hellooo guys ! im back again and today i nak share guys how nak fill your cupcake liner perfectly and sesuai makan plain or with topping ! This is one of the most important thing to know and aware when you nak fill batter into your cupcake liner so you can save time, batter and energy. Siapa je tak frust kalau our cupcakes tak naik the way we wanted but don’t worry guys ! im here to helpp !

There are 3 types of situation here :

1. Overfilled

OKAY look at those hahahah it flowed sampai luar cuocake tray and obviously this is a NO NO this is not a cheesecake whereby dia akan sink down once kita habis bake. Butter cake is different kita fill in sikit je dia akan rise up (2x) of the fill in level and tak sink down.

2. Underfilled

Not saying it is bad, it is okay and better than overfilled.

3. ⅔ full (perfect for frosting on top)

For me, ⅔ full is the best one cause you can adjust the frosting. But based on my experience, some bakers prefer for flat surface so lagi senang nak buat topping but for ⅔ full you can choose either to letak topping or not ! (choose wisely)
