3 things in my fitness journey that would’ve helped me get better long-term results 🫶🏼✨

1. MORE isn’t better. I used to have an ED + compulsive exercise for hours and hours a day doing too much HIIT and workouts I dreaded, never taking rest days. I realised when healing my relationship with exercise that working out for 20-30 mins a few days per week is perfect to get results and feel my best.

2. CYCLE SYNCING. This has changed my life! I use the Align Your Cycle workout program in the Align App to make sure I’m doing the best workouts for my body in each phase of my cycle.

3. The workout you LOVE will give you the best results. I spent sooo many years forcing myself to do workouts I hated like HIIT. I realised by doing workouts I love, like Pilates, being consistent with my workouts and getting results has been effortless.

Healing my relationship with exercise has also helped me balance hormones, enjoy working out again and feel connected to my body. #fitnessmotivation #workoutmotivation
