Today I about to share you one of my favourite body part workouts, yess Back workout ✨
I posted at gym version of back workout before, but now I’m doing it at home as not everyone has the convenience to go gym..
Equipment needed is a yoga mat & resistance band 💪
There are 3 Exercises that you can refer on the video shows…
👉1st Exercise: Seated Row
👉2nd Exercise: Single Arm Row
👉3rd Exercise: Bent Over Row
These 3 variations of back workout is really good to toned and shaped your upper back muscles, just do it routine min 3x a week,
