Is there anything better than a cozy night in to kick off the weekend? I’ve always loved my quiet time alone but these days I can’t seem to function without it. I find myself feeling overwhelmed and just needing some time to chill out 😩 Juggling work, being a content creator, managing friendships, relationships all while trying to prioritize my wellness feels like a LOT.

My plans for this Friday —wrap up some work + content projects, hit the gym, quick Whole Foods run, pick up some scrum diddly yum yum and come home to unwind with a glass of Pinot and catch up on the new episodes of Love Is Blind.
