Okay jom teman i masak , craving dumpling lately so i decided untuk buat sendiri after i jumpa dumplings skin dkt grocery hiks .

Version beginner je ni tau , tak try hampa rugi 😋

Ingredient;

Chicken fillet * minced

1/2 carrot *minced

Spring onion

Dumplings skin

White peppers

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tb flour

Mushroom seasoning @loveearthorganic

1 tbsp pink salt

Sesame oil

Water

Chili oil

Dried chili

1 red chili

1 head of garlic *minced

Dried shimp

A pinch of belacan

Gula melaka

1 1/2 tbsp pink salt
