I put Greek yogurt on my face so you don’t have to

One day while scrolling on tiktok and I came across this video saying that Greek yogurt actually does wonders for acne scars. My interest was piqued and I decided to do a little digging into it. I found out that there were actually so many people who advocated for Greek yogurt ask a face mask.

I decided to give it a try as my period has just ended and I had multiple scares because I’m an avid pimple popper. 🫠🫠🫠

And after 5 days, I’ve got to say that I’m impressed !!! A scar at the bottom of my chin did actually get lighter. Apart from that, I felt it also gave my skin a small glow.

This is really the most cost efficient mask ever because one cup was about $1.70(?) and even after 5 days there was still quite a bit of yoghurt left.

However, I did see a girl post that it actually caused her skin to become inflamed so I don’t think it’s for everyone.
