INGREDIENTS

2 ½ tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon cacao powder cocoa powder also works

1 serving vanilla protein powder*

INSTRUCTIONS

Add protein powder, cacao and milk into a bowl or jar and mix together until smooth. Add chia seeds and mix again.

Let chia pudding sit for 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Serve and enjoy.
