True Cost is changing the F&B space by debuting a revolutionary pricing concept. Customers pay a modest entrance fee ($5-$15), for access to quality dishes at up to 50% off their usual market price! It’s a really pretty place to visit given it’s large Alfresco dining space and high ceiling! Really pretty at night.

✅ Beef cheeks with Pea Purée ($12.75)

Beef was tender and melts in your mouth! But the pea purée might be a hit or miss for people… it was very sweet. 3/5

✅Octopus with potato mousse ($19.85)

I really liked the octopus!! It was huge and wasn’t rubbery. Potato mousse was interesting too. Felt like the mousse would be a hit or miss. 4/5

✅ Salmon truffle crudo ($10.50)

One of my favorite dishes here! I mean… how can u go wrong with salmon sashimi right? I liked the combination with truffle and the flavors complimented well. 5/5

✅ Ceviche Mary ($11.30)

No. It was just strange imo. 0.5/5

✅ Heh style scallops ($10.55)

I loved the scallops!! Very big, juicy and fresh hehe 4.5/5

✅ Yellowtail Crudo ($7.65)

Just meh, underwhelming. I’d say get the others instead 3/5

✅ Japanese style beef tartar ($9.80)

As someone who loves cream, I rlly like this dish! Very creamy, and I love love love mentaiko! 4.5/5

✅ Grilled tiger king prawns ($12.95)

It was a big prawn and was satisfying!! Tasted really fresh as well. 3.5/5

✅ Miso Eggplant ($6.65)

Most underwhelming dish imo. Tasted a bit flat. 2/5

My fav dishes were the truffle salmon, beef tartar, octopus and beef!!
