I recently visited a dentist and he recommends folks to use a water flosser to remove plague and keep their teeth healthy. It’s way more effective than your normal flossing.

So I went to get one and tried it out. It hurt at first (my teeth was not used to it) but after the next try, it got better and my teeth is really clean now :)
