Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
Whole chicken
4 Tbs of butter
1 Tbs salt
1 Tbs black pepper
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs Italian seasoning
Directions
pre heat oven to 375°F Convection Roast
wash and pat dry your chicken ( so the butter sticks )
Spatchcock your chicken ( if you haven’t done this look up a tutorial on YT it’s easy to learn!)
loosen the skin from the meat
Mix softened butter with the seasonings
Put your butter mixture in the pockets you made earlier and on top of the chicken
Move your chicken to a cookie sheet with a cooling rack on top for more even cooking
Bake it @ 375°F for 45 minutes or until internal temp is 165°F
Let rest for 15 and carve!
