Crockpot Chicken “Roast” Recipe

Trying to lower my calorie intake based on the meat I eat. Tonight I decided to use my chuck roast recipe on chicken breast and it turned out amazing.

Disclaimer these are just the brands I used you can use whatever you’d like.

3 large chicken breast.

1 bag of little potatoes or (potatoes of your choice)

1 pound of carrots

1 packets of Italian dressing mix

1 packet of brown gravy mix

1 packet of ranch dressing mix

1 cup of chicken broth

Add everything into a crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high until chicken falls apart/ breaks up easily and the potatoes and carrots are cooked to your preference.
