I want to lose weight!

I’ve recently gained a lot of weight rather quickly due to some emotional eating and lack of funds for healthy food. I have decent money now, so please recommend me your favorite weight loss tips and foods! I don’t eat red meat, so i like to keep things pretty light. I love cardio as well, but I dislike weight lifting. let me know what works for everyone !
