James 1

I studied James 1 this morning. I absolutely love the Book of James! It’s so much wisdom and lessons that we can take from this book. It quickly explains how we should behave as followers of Yahshua (Jesus Christ).

Below are some nuggets ⬇️

⚪️ Count it all J O Y when falling into many different temptations.

⚪️ The trying of our faith produces patience & when we allow patience to do a work within us, it perfects us and make us whole.

⚪️ We should ask God for wisdom if we lack it. Most importantly, we should ask in F A I T H 😊💕

⚪️ A double-minded man is unstable in A L L his ways. There is no stability in our lives when we are double-minded ‼️

⚪️ We are blessed when we E N D U R E temptation 😊🙏🏾

⚪️ God doesn’t tempt us. The devil is the one who tempts us. We are also tempted when we are drawn away by our own lusts.

⚪️ SIN produces DEATH both naturally and spiritually. There is nothing good that comes from willfully sinning.

⚪️ We are supposed to be D O E R S of the WORD—-not just HEARERS of the W O R D. Do what God says.
