morning in nyc | before a day in the office

everyday looks different, but fridays i am able to get to the office a little later as they tend to be less busy.

my morning routine 🫶🏼 i slept in later than usual today but my morning routine stays pretty consistent regardless.

📚 7:00 am - journal & read

i love reading & journaling to start my day instead of scrolling. graditude helps to ground me for the day ahead and appreciate all that i have, and the opportunities i am given.

💦 7:30 am - move my body

exercise is an essential part of my morning. i find my focus and mood to be drastically better throughout the day.

🚿 8:45 am - get ready for work

i like to pick out my outfit the night before to save time in the morning!

💄 9:10 am - ready for work

🍳 9:15 am - breakfast

even if it something small, fueling your body is so important!

🚂 9:25 am - off to work!

i typically get to work at 9 am, but fridays are more flexible.
