I can’t express how much I love Pilates. I wish I’d started it years ago. It’s an amazing addition to weightlifting, boosting flexibility and core strength. Pilates has transformed my workouts and overall fitness. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go asap.
