Here are my three favourite daily habits that I use to help keep me motivated + on track.
1. Planning out my day the night before - this helps me so much because it allows me to determine how early I need to get up depending on how much I have to do that day. It also helps motivate me to get out of bed in the morning especially, when I know that I have a lot on my to do list.
2. Meal prepping a healthy breakfast the night before - this saves me so much time in the mornings.
3. Taking little breaks throughout the day to go for walks - for every 3 hours of work try to take a 20 min walking break to get fresh air
