Recently I have gotten myself a coach to prep for the WNBF show in OCT.
It's my first time competing and hiring a coach has been fruitful so far.
I've been meal prepping and here were my favorite meals from last week!
Meal 1:
1 cup white rice
10 Pan Fried Prawns (no oil)
2 Eggs
1 Boiled Broccoli
I tbsp light soy sauce
Meal 2:
Cold Cut Platter
Skipped carbs as I tend to overeat when eating out.
Meal 3:
1.5 cup white rice
10 Prawns and leeks stir fried without oil
1 Air fried tilapia with chilli, salt, black pepper

Snacks:

🔥 Tip for eating out when losing weight 🔥
Plan ahead! I tend to overeat my carbs and fat when dining out so I opted for protein only option and reserved my carbs for home cooked meals.
