3 things I’m doing for myself this month (alone) ❤️‍🩹

Hey babygirls,

It’s almost CNY and things are getting craaaazy in every household 😭 I’m slowly losing my mind trying to hold all the planning together but here are some things I do to decompress and give myself a break 💆🏻‍♀️

1) Coffee dates with myself ☕️ Curbside Crafters This particular day I had the most amazing flight at Nooq Collective located in Curbside Crafters and watching the baristas and having my coffee in the morning really lifted my mood amidst all this planning honestly ❤️☕️

2) Eating better and cleaner and healthier 🍽️

I’ve been putting in an effort to eat MORE (quantity) and better (quality) by cooking more often and having nutritional meals that consist of protein, fiber, carbohydrates and something nice to treat myself 🤭

3) Doing things to treat myself 💆🏻‍♀️

I brought myself out on a hair care date and FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, after a year of procrastinating and going back and forth about it, I dyed my hair for the first time 😭😭 and I love it! It was such a nice 2 hour block chatting with my stylist and relaxing getting hair washes and massages without having to think so much… LOL brain off moments 💆🏻‍♀️🤍 @Tiffany Tan Picasso Hair Studio

Girlies, treat yourselves well before CNY and make sure to get a breather throughout the festive season 🧧 These are just things I do alone to recharge as I’m an introvert that needs alone time to fill up my social battery tank again 🔋
