Heyyyy, so I found a new way to level up my workouts using the rowing machine seat as a kind of DIY Pilates reformer. Started with reverse lunges to target the legs and glutes, adding that extra stability challenge. Moved onto pikes to really engage the core and improve flexibility, and finished with side lunges to hit those lateral muscles. It's a solid mix that brings some variety to the routine and pushes you a bit harder. Definitely worth integrating into your sessions. #lemon8partner #pilates
