Super EASY & HEALTHY recipe to make at home that is quick to make & tastes delicious! These are a staple in my house when I need a fast, healthy meal to make. It’s gets your protein & veggies in, all in one meal! Depending how many peppers you buy, you can get up to at least three meals out of it for later in the week.

This recipe is flexible too, so add items to it that appeal to your liking and create your own version of it!
