As the name goes. How to run slow? Well, slow is relative and how you perceive slow , that would be your slow pace!

It should feel easy, you can run & talk at the same time (its call the talk test)

You can use HRM to monitor but you dont have to buy one. Your body is basically a great monitoring device 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

did you know that if you run slow you can actually burn more fat? YES. Fat oxidation!
