How do i start?
We dont have time. We MAKE TIME.
We all share the same 24hours as Bill Gates & Oprah.
But what makes us different? DISCIPLINE!
Here’s how i find time to workout. (It aint easy & takes practice)
I make time for exercise because it is IMPORTANT for me.
1. Get organised. Buy a journal book or ipad , any medium to write down your to do list.
i make sure that i get my workout done regardless of how busy i am on that day.
2. Set a CLEAR GOAL. What is my next race? Do i want to lose weight? Gain muscle mass? Hit a PR?
3. Eat a healthy balance, nutrition densed food to fuel my crazy schedule.
4. If everything fails? TRY AGAIN. Never give up!
5. Take NAPS. Yes naps because you need it.
6. Create a good routine that works for you!
