Motherhood has made me a morning person??

I have NEVER been a morning person. I have always loved my sleep and sleeping in till the last second. I’ve pretty much always slept until my kids woke me up for the day. But after I had my third and things shifted, not only do I get up early but I actually enjoy it so much.

It’s helped me so much get a little extra free time when the house is quiet and I can do a couple things uninterrupted, taking off some of my mental load for the day. I feel like then once my kids do wake up I’m just in such a better place ready to greet them and immediately jump into filling their needs.
