Friday 4:30am Morning Routine

Fridays are my early days

⏰4:30am: Wake up and shower.

⏰4:45am: Get dressed and ready. Brush my teeth, makeup (tinted moisturizer, eyeliner, mascara).

⏰5am: Hydrate then caffeinate. The bottle is filled to 48oz. I will drink all of the water by 1pm! My coffee is just a simple almond milk latte.

⏰5:15am: Breakfast to go. We have 2 eggs with peppers, spinach, and cheddar cheese. I will eat this in between classes with taco tortillas.

⏰5:30am: Arrive at work. Coaching classes from 6am-1pm.
