I’ve been seeing this trend going around many social platforms lately and I absolutely love the idea. I’ve always been a lover of January because of “new beginnings” and everything feeling so… hopeful.
This 2024 ins and outs list focuses on my life as a mom. But it also helps me focus more on myself and helps me get out of my own mom bubble.

This year, I’m hoping to focus more on myself as a content creator, mom, wife, and human being.
One of my biggest things I personally struggle with (health-wise) is staying hydrated. This affects my mental state, endurance, and my mood drastically. Because of this, I will no longer be drinking coffee first thing in the morning. Studies have shown that starting your day with water is much more beneficial to your overall health.
I also want to be more mindful with my daughter. Since I work on my phone at home, it can be very hard to put it down. However, I am still a sahm and who she sees every single day as an example. I want her to learn how to play without technology... if that makes sense lol.
I'm not going into this year being super strict--that's what discourages me in the first place. But I am hoping to be more productive overall!
