After the holidays, my supply really tanked… mostly because we were soo busy soo I was mostly feeding my son bottles & I didn’t have enough time to pump + my baby had a little cold which caused him to prefer bottles at night rather than nursing.

This was my first time power pumping & I would say it was a success. I am usually a 2-4 oz on each boob type of producer so it s was really strange to go to not even 1 oz. So far my production has comes up a little bit.

The reason why power pumping works; our milk production is on a supply & demand type of cycle. The more demand, the more supply. Causing more suction can make your body believe it needs to produce more milk for your baby’s needs.
